Meraki Wellness, llc Policies

Cancellation Policies:

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service. Cancellations within 24 hours or less will be charged 99% of the cost of your services. If you are on a pre-paid package, cancellations within 24 hours or less will forfeit their session or service. There are always exceptions, especially in the current public health arena, so please reach out to Liana directly.


If you cancel 3 appointments in a row, this is grounds for termination of the client-provider relationship. There are always exceptions, so please contact Liana directly. 

House-Call Policies:

House-calls will be made on Fridays, beginning at 9am. There will be a 60 minute break between each house-call client in order to account for travel time. Priority Booking will be given to clients with limited mobility, chronic pain or illness.

If you are a house-call client, your package/session will state HOUSE CALL on it. 


If you are on a standard studio package and wish to use your existing package for a house call, you will be invoiced for the difference. House-Calls start at $150/hour. Contact Liana directly for exact pricing. 

Booking Policies:

Appointments may be booked in-person following your appointment or may be self-booked after or between appointments using the booking link below.

Specialty Group Classes that are booked with Liana will require a 50%, non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due in-full the day of the session. Any balances not paid the day of will be assessed a 3% late fee for every 5 business days past due. 

Product ordering & Retail Policies:

I order products on the 1st of every month. Products must be paid for before I place my monthly order. Products may be picked up at Meraki Wellness at your appointment or during regular office hours in St. Paul or can be shipped to you for an additional fee.  
Special Orders (ie, products that I don't normally carry), must be paid for in advance. 

Return Policies:

All products and packages can be returned one month after purchase for store credit to be used toward future products or services. It may take up to 2 weeks to process a refund, depending on the service or products.

Service Packages:

All packages are good for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. After 6 months, any unused sessions will be forfeited. Packages or sessions cannot be transferred or used by someone else. Of course there are always exception, please contact Liana directly if you feel like your circumstances warrant an extension in your package.

Studio Hours:

Liana typically arrives 30+ minutes prior to her first appointment and stays 30+ minutes after her final appointment. She also spends up to 45 minutes traveling between clients on house-call visits.
